Service Agreement
This Agreement is entered into as of date signed up by and between Emily Finnell  and you.

1. Program Description

The Coach agrees to provide the Client with a three-month coaching program consisting of the following:
    •    12 live coaching calls, each approximately 60 minutes in length.
    •    Additional resources, guidance, and support as determined by the Coach.

The program will begin on January 8 and end on April 3.

2. Responsibilities

    •    Coach’s Responsibilities: The Coach will provide coaching services to the best of their abilities, offering insights, tools, and strategies to assist the Client in achieving their goals.
    •    Client’s Responsibilities: The Client understands that their results are 100% determined by their participation, engagement, and application of the strategies discussed during the program.

3. Payment Terms

The Client agrees to pay the total amount  for the program. Payment is due in full upon signing this Agreement unless paying monthly installments.

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to lack of participation, cancellation, or dissatisfaction with results.

4. No Guarantees

The Client understands and agrees that the Coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes or results from the program. Success is dependent on the Client’s efforts, participation, and follow-through.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive or personal information shared during the coaching relationship.

6. Release of Liability

The Client releases the Coach from any liability or claims arising from their participation in the program. The Client assumes full responsibility for their decisions and actions taken as a result of the coaching.

7. Termination

This Agreement will terminate automatically at the end of the three-month program. The Coach reserves the right to terminate this Agreement early if the Client fails to meet the payment terms or violates the terms of this Agreement.

8. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral.
