6-Month Coaching Service Agreement

This Agreement is between Emily Finnell (“Coach”) and Client (“You”). By completing checkout or scheduling your first session, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Details

  • Six-month private coaching package

  • 18 one-on-one sessions (three per month)

  • One integration week per month

  • Sessions scheduled through the coaching app

  • All calls held virtually unless otherwise noted

2. Scheduling

  • You’ll receive scheduling access after enrollment.

  • Sessions must be used within the six-month period.

  • Rescheduling requires 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded or made up.

3. Payment + Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • Your enrollment reserves time, energy, and space in the Coach’s calendar.

  • Results depend on your participation and commitment.

4. Roles + Responsibilities

Coach will:

  • Provide guidance, tools, and support

  • Hold a confidential and supportive space

  • Offer intuitive, mindset, and somatic coaching

Client agrees to:

  • Show up on time, engaged, and honest

  • Take responsibility for personal decisions and outcomes

  • Use integration weeks to apply the work

Coaching is not therapy, medical care, or legal/financial advice.

5. Confidentiality

Everything shared is confidential except where disclosure is legally required for safety.

6. Liability

You accept full responsibility for your well-being and release the Coach from any claims connected to this coaching work.

7. Acceptance

By checking out or attending your first session, you agree to this Service Agreement.
