1. Services Provided

Emily Finnell (“Coach”) agrees to provide intuitive coaching sessions designed to support the Client’s personal and spiritual growth. These sessions may include intuitive guidance, mindset coaching, somatic awareness, and energetic alignment techniques.

2. Client Responsibility

The Client understands that coaching is a collaborative process. Results depend on the Client’s openness, commitment, and willingness to take aligned action. The Coach makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, as results vary based on individual participation and circumstances.

3. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. This policy honors the energetic and time investment of both the Client and the Coach. Rescheduling may be available with at least 24 hours’ notice, at the Coach’s discretion.

4. Disclaimer

Coaching services are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. The Client acknowledges that the Coach is not acting as a licensed medical or mental health professional and that the Client is solely responsible for their own decisions and actions.
